Our Life
Abergwili Church is a Bible teaching, Church in Wales Church on the edge of the historic market town of Carmarthen. We are delighted to see growth in our Church and would love to see that continue!
We welcome people of all ages and from all sorts of backgrounds; those who wish to find out about Jesus for the first time, as well as those who want to grow in their faith for him.
We offer groups for children (Splash!) on the second and third Sundays in the month at 11 am - they meet at the church hall for craft, activities and stories - and a variety of services for adults, from Holy Communion to All Age Worship.
The Parish Logo we have been using is the line from the Lord's Prayer, "THY KINGDOM COME, THY WILL BE DONE" - that the inbreaking of God's Kingdom, will only happen when we become true disciples of Jesus.
We are doing this by:
- Reaching into our community - with weekly and monthly outreach events and by providing people with regular opportunities to explore Christianity
- Worshipping together in a variety of styles to suite all ages and preferences
- Serving those who are in need
